Crew work is very important as it gives people the opportunity to come together, interact and work to achieve particular objectives. In the Forgotten Group Member, this staff should take part in or agreed by and directed to one prevalent goal to be successful so that they would be able to get a good quality on this job. Thus, it will take more than one person to achieve this task and folks were assigned various parts, where the need was going to pool skills, knowledge and power to be able to complete the task.
There are five stages of group development: forming, storming, norming, executing and adjourning. However , I believe this group was at the performing stage because it had been formed, team coordinator selected and have assimilated a common pair of expectations of what identifies the correct member behavior. The group strength had moved from observing and understand each other to performing the task at hand and really should be completely functional. An understanding of the stages of group advancement would have helped Christine, together coordinator to know why Mark behaved the way in which that this individual did.
